5. GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNCHRONIZATION
If voluntarily enabled by the User from their CRM account, Pascasoft S.L. may synchronize the User's CRM calendar with Google Calendar, using the Google Calendar API. This feature requires the User to expressly authorize access through Google's consent process (OAuth 2.0), and access may be revoked at any time from the User's Google account or directly within the CRM.
Data we access: title, description, date and time of calendar events managed in the CRM (viewings, management tasks, property and demand follow-ups), as well as the corresponding data stored in the User's Google Calendar.
How it is used: when the User creates, updates, or deletes an event in the CRM, that action is automatically replicated in a dedicated sub-calendar created in their Google Calendar account, keeping both calendars synchronized.
Storage: we store an encrypted access/refresh token that allows us to keep synchronization active without requesting Google credentials on every operation. The User may delete this token at any time by disabling the feature within the CRM.
6. GOOGLE CONTACTS SYNCHRONIZATION
If voluntarily enabled by the User from their CRM account, Pascasoft S.L. may synchronize contacts managed in the CRM (clients, property owners, and tenants) with the User's Google Contacts, using the Google People API. This feature requires the User to expressly authorize access through Google's consent process (OAuth 2.0), and access may be revoked at any time from the User's Google account or directly within the CRM.
Data we access: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and, where applicable, mailing address of contacts managed in the CRM, as well as the corresponding data stored in the User's Google Contacts.
How it is used: when the User creates, updates, or deletes a contact in the CRM, that action is automatically replicated in their Google Contacts account, keeping both contact lists synchronized.
Storage: we store an encrypted access/refresh token that allows us to keep synchronization active without requesting Google credentials on every operation. The User may delete this token at any time by disabling the feature within the CRM.
The use of data obtained through the Google Calendar and Google People APIs by Pascasoft S.L. complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of Cookies
This website may use technical cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and visualization of the site. The cookies used are, in all cases, temporary, with the sole purpose of making navigation more efficient, and disappear at the end of the user's session. In no case do these cookies provide personal data by themselves, nor will they be used for the collection thereof.
By using cookies, it is also possible for the server where the web is located to recognize the browser used by the user to make navigation easier, allowing, for example, access to users who have previously registered to areas, services, promotions, or contests reserved exclusively for them without having to register for each visit. They can also be used to measure the audience, traffic parameters, control progress, and the number of entries, etc. In these cases, cookies are technically dispensable but beneficial to the user. This website will not install dispensable cookies without the user's prior consent.
This website uses analytical cookies (_ga or _utm) owned by Google Analytics, persistent for 2 years, to improve our services through the analysis of browsing habits. If accepted, the banner will disappear, although at any time the user may revoke consent and obtain more information by consulting our Cookies Policy.
